The Fund was set up in memory of the late Hussein Ssambatya from Uganda, a great friend of many both in Sweden and beyond. Hussein passed away in Stockholm on August 17, 2009. The many fiends of Hussein Ssambatyas promised to set up a Fund in his name before he died.
